Preparation
Sift the flour with the baking powder on the table, make a source and in the center put the butter in pieces, sugar and eggs.
It begins to integrate everything little by little until it forms a manageable mass.
We make balls of approximately 3 cm and with a tortilla press we crush them without being too thin. Approximately 1cm thick.
We form pairs. To one we put a little cajeta in the center and we put the other one on top, we seal the sides with our fingers or a fork.
We arrange in greased and floured trays and varnish with the yolks.
We are going to bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, you will see a little gold from the edges, let cool and we can decorate with icing sugar if desired. To eat!
