Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 1 piloncillo
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 2 star anise
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • to taste condensed milk, To accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Wrap the sweet potatoes in aluminum foil with a tablespoon of butter and bake for 1 hour.
In a saucepan over medium heat heat the piloncillo, cinnamon, star anise, orange juice and orange slice, cook for 10 minutes until you have a honey.
Serve the sweet potatoes with the honey or bathe with condensed milk.
