Preparation
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius
Break the chocolate into pieces. Place them in a medium saucepan next to the butter.
Heat in a water bath until both ingredients melt and mix well
Then add the sifted flour and the sugar previously mixed with the spatula. Add the whole eggs and mix. Let stand 30 minutes.
Pour into small molds covered with a wrapping paper. Cooking at 140 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes this is for brownies of 60 to 70 grams.
As these brownies have plenty of butter and chocolate, they talk for a week at room temperature.
