Ingredients

4 portions
  • 180 grams butter
  • 1/3 cups Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Great Value® wheat flour
  • 7 grams gelatin
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups Great Value® Powder Sugar
  • 1 cup FIG
  • enough FIG, to decorate
  • enough grated coconut, to decorate
  • enough peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° c.
In a bowl add butter, sugar, whisk until full integrates add egg.
