Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (400 F).
In a food processor mix the gorgonzola cheese with the cream cheese, and the honey until it is creamy and smooth.
On a clean surface with a little flour, unwrap the puff pastry and form a rectangle.
Leave an edge about 1 inch around the puff rectangle and cover with the cheese mixture.
Arrange the figs on top of the cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and put a few drops of balsamic vinegar (ideally previously reduced in a pan) on top.
It is served hot or at room temperature.
