The figs are a fruit full of flavor and with this syrup they are delicious.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 300 grams FIG, natural

Preparation

In a saucepan combine water and sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat. Mix the water to help the sugar get incorporated.
Add the honey and continue mixing. Add vanilla and figs and allow to boil again.
Once it boils reduce the heat to a low heat and cook 20 more minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to a platter allow to cool completely before serving.

PRESENTATION

The figs can be accompanied by cream to beat and pistachios.

TIPS

This dessert is ideal to make at least 1 day before and have it ready in the refrigerator.
