Ingredients

10 portions
  • 190 grams cream cheese, for the smoothie
  • 8 egg whites, for the smoothie
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla, for the smoothie
  • 1 1/2 cups cajeta Burnt, light (for the shake)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, light, for the smoothie
  • 1/3 cups cajeta Burnt, Light
  • 1/3 cups light milk
  • walnuts, to decorate

Preparation

LICUATE all the ingredients of the smoothie.
POUR on a round mold and cover with aluminum foil.
PLACE a tray with edges in the oven and add hot water, on this place the mold with the flan.
BAKE at 180 ° C for 60 min, turn off the oven, let the flan sit for 30 min, cool for 2 h in the refrigerator and unmold.
MIX the milk with the cajeta and serve the cold flan with the cajeta.
