Ingredients

6 portions
  • 750 grams apple
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons caramel, liquid (burnt sugar)
  • 370 grams condensed milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Peel 750 grams of apples, chop them and cook them with a little water for 15 minutes.
Blend them so that it is like puree (soft).
Mix them with 370 grams of condensed milk and 5 eggs, already beaten.
Put liquid caramel in a flanera (or burn the sugar in the flanera).
Pour the mixture in the flanera.
Place in a water bath about 45 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.
