Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup sugar, for the candy
  • 1 can condensed milk, for flan
  • 1 can evaporated milk, for flan
  • 5 eggs, for flan
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract, for flan
  • 1 cup black sapote, the pulp without seeds, for the flan

Preparation

Place the sugar in a pot over medium heat, until it has a soft tone caramel and pour into a 22-centimeter or 1 1/2 liter screw mold. You must make sure to cover the entire bottom of the mold and it must be quick so that the candy does not dry out and becomes hard.
Blend all the ingredients to make the flan. Empty on the mold that you covered with the candy.
Cover with aluminum foil the mold and bake in a bain-marie at 180 ° C for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Allow to warm, demould and decorate to taste.

TIPS

You can also do it in a pressure cooker, it will be only 20 minutes after you start whistling.
