Cajeta Flan with Walnut

The flan is our favorite desserts, for its delicate, smooth and rich consistency, prepare this different version of flan, with the unique flavor that only the cajeta can give you, plus a touch of cream cheese, which makes it even more special and it gives the ideal consistency.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of cajeta
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of cajeta
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 5 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of nut
  • to taste of Strawberry

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    Pour the cajeta on a mold of flan and spread on the whole surface.
    Blend the evaporated Lech, 1 ½ cups of cajeta, cheese and eggs until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Pour over the cajeta carefully, bake for 45 minutes in a bain-marie, if necessary cover with aluminum. Allow to cool and refrigerate 3 hours.
    Desmolda and decorate with more cajeta, nuts and strawberries.

    TIPS
