Caramel and Caramel Flan

Prepare this rich dessert that is a combination of mango, eggs with milk and caramel, with an unequaled smooth and delicate texture, topped with the taste of sweet caramelised mangoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of sugar for candy
  • 3 spoonfuls of Maple syrup for candy
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water for candy
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk for flan
  • 1 can of evaporated milk for flan
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla for flan
  • 1 1/2 cups of mangoes for flan
  • 190 grams of cream cheese for flan
  • 5 pieces of egg for flan
  • 1/4 of Cup of mashed sugar for decoration handle
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter for decoration handle
  • 1 Cup of mango cut into cubes, to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the sugar with the honey to form a caramel, pour the caramel into individual molds, or a large mold for flan, reserve.
    Blend the ingredients for the flan.
    Pour over the candy molds or mold, bake for 45 minutes in a bain-marie. Allow to cool and refrigerate 3 hours.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the sugar, pour the butter, add the mango and cinnamon, cook until the mango is bright. Reservation.
    Unmold the flan and decorate with the caramelised mango. Enjoy
