The cheese flan is a great dessert for after lunch. It has a creamy texture and a rich flavor of vanilla cheese. The flan is a simple Mexican dessert made from egg-based; It is the favorite of many since it is the perfect way to end a rich meal.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, to time
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 150 milliliters Water
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 centiliter liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation

Put the sugar to caramelize in a pot (watching it so it does not burn) and put it inside a removable mold so that in the end it is easier to remove and do not throw away the caramel.
Mix the other ingredients in the blender: condensed milk, water, eggs, vanilla, sugar and cream cheese.
The ingredients are added in the removable mold.
Put another container with lid and cook in a bain-marie in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once cold, store in the refrigerator until served.

TIPS

Do not complicate when it comes to unmolding your flan. Use a removable mold to avoid breaking it, this way you will also avoid throwing candy.

duda el azúcar dice que lo caramelice, entonces ya me gaste la taza de azúcar., pero luego después donde dice que licue todos los ingredientes menciona otra vez el azúcar pues que cantidad si la taza que menciona se supone que ya la utilice...
