Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Put a cup of sugar in a pot and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until the sugar melts.
Add the candy made with sugar in a mold for flan until the whole mold has caramel.
Blend milk and cream cheese until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the remaining sugar, eggs, cajeta and vanilla.
Place the molds of flan on a mold with water (water bath) covering half of the flan molds.
Add the mixture on the caramel in the mold for flan, cover the molds with aluminum foil.
Bake the puddings for approximately 50 minutes.
The puddings will be when you insert a wooden stick and it comes out clean.
Remove the molds from the water and wait until they cool. Then put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Remove the mold from the flan and serve immediately.
You can put some cajeta in the dish to give it a touch of decoration.
