Blender 3 milks with 7 eggs royal, cheese, and a few drops of vanilla.

You should let the caramel cool down once melted in the same mold, and this is ready when it becomes hard until cracked.
Empty the ingredients that you milled and cover it with aluminum foil and then its lid of the mold (so that it is well sealed) do not go to get water.
In the express pot you put a plate upside down, so that your mold is higher, you put water almost half the height of your mold and close it well, leave it for 45 minutes and that's it.
You take out the mold and let it cool like 7 hrs. and you empty it in an extended plate and on top you can decorate it with nuts, peaches or strawberries or the fruit that you like.
