Ingredients

20 portions
  • 4 eggs, for flan
  • 1 can condensed milk, for flan
  • cans evaporated milk, for flan
  • 1 vanilla extract, or vanilla flavoring, for flan
  • 100 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese, for flan
  • caramel syrup, or liquid caramel, for flan
  • 1 cup chocolate cake flour, of box, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups oil, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups milk, for the cake

Preparation

Preheat the oven 175 ° C.
In the blender put the ingredients of the flan and mix well.
Mix all the ingredients of the cake in another mold.
In another mold spread the liquid caramel.
Put the flan mixture in the mold with caramel and also that of the cake (1 by 1).
Put it in the oven for an hour and a half.
Remove it from the oven, let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator for about two hours.
Unmold in a suitable tray or plate and turn it over.

TIPS

If you do not want to buy the liquid candy you can do it with half a cup of sugar and a half of water over low heat until it caramelizes not to let it burn or it will taste bitter.
