Preparation
Heat the milk with the sugar and coffee until it dissolves, add the beaten eggs out of the heat and mixing quickly, taking care not to set.
Strain and pour over the chopped chocolate, mix well and pass the turmix so that the mixture is very fine. Pour over previously caramelized flaneras.
Bake at 100º in a bain-marie until set. Check the center with a toothpick and leave clean. Cool, unmold and eat!
