Claras Flan in the microwave is a variation on the traditional Mexican dessert, this preparation does not use egg yolks. This dish has a rich coffee flavor, which makes it ideal to consume at breakfast or for a dinner with friends.

Preparation
Dissolve the coffee in the evaporated milk.
In a bowl, add the San Juan® Egg Claras, the evaporated milk with the coffee, the vanilla essence and the sugar, stir vigorously.
In a saucepan place the sugar over low heat. Once a candy is formed, remove from heat and pour a little into the bottom of the molds.
Place the mixture of Claras in the molds and cook for 20 seconds in the microwave. Let the puddings set for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
It serves.
