Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340 °F).
Pour a thin layer of dulce de leche into a mold.
Blend the eggs, evaporated milk, dulce de leche and cream cheese.
Sift the mixture carefully over this layer.
Bake in Bain Marie covered with aluminum foil for 45 minutes. To check if it's done, insert the tip of a knife in the center of the custard. It should come out clean.
Let it cool and chill for 3 hours in the fridge.
Unmold and garnish with dulce de leche, chopped pecans and strawberries.
