Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Sprinkle the sugar at the bottom of the mold where you are going to cook it and burn it over the stove burner, let it cool down.
Blend all the remaining ingredients until they are incorporated very well, add to the mold that the sugar will be cold and hard.
Put in the oven in a bain-marie (inside another mold with a little water) take care that no water enters the pudding. If you do not want to brown it, cover it with aluminum foil.
Bake for 45 minutes at approximately 170 ° and until you chop it with a knife and it comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate, unmold and serve cold.
