Prepare an exquisite caramel custard so easy and delicious that it will captivate any corn lover. If you have already tasted the corn cake and liked it, this recipe will be one of your favorites.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk (397 ml)
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla extract
  • 1 can of whole corn kernels girl
  • cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet , the needed

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Blend the can of condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the two eggs, the two tablespoons of vanilla, and finally the can of corn kernels.
    Blend until everything is integrated and the corn kernels are ground.
    Then, spread the entire base of the mold that you will use with a cajeta and cover well.
    Finally empty the mixture in the mold, cover and cook in a bain-marie for 1 hour.
    Insert a toothpick or fork to know if it is ready, if it comes out clean you have achieved it.
    Allow to cool and unmold with great care so as not to break it. Make it on a plate and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with corn kernels.

    TIPS

    Use dulce de leche in case you do not have cajeta or simply form a caramel with sugar. You will need half a cup of sugar, 2 tbsp. of water and a few drops of lemon.
