Preparation
Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk, 1/4 cream cheese and all 5 eggs for 1 minute.
Put in a pan over low heat 1/2 cup of sugar for caramel caramel until melted and take a dark brown color the sugar. Be careful not to burn the sugar.
In a mold pour the melted sugar and hit the bottom of the mold with all the sugar without leaving any gap.
Pour the liquefied ingredients into the mold where the melted sugar was placed and cover the mold with foil.
Put a container with water on the stove over normal heat and on top of that put the mold with all the ingredients.
Leave for 45 minutes over regular heat and be checking that the water does not dry in case it dries, adding water.
Check with the fork that it does not get stuck, once you take out the fork it will be ready, leave it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and serve.
