Ingredients

  • 45 grams of Butter at room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 package of flour for chocolate cake 260 g
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 can of condensed milk 397 g
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract

    Preparation

    For the cake: Grease with butter and flour an Express® Pressure Cooker. In the bowl of an electric mixer , add the butter and add an egg. Alternate with half of the prepared flour (130 g) and a little of the milk, beating until completely integrated.
    Add the remaining egg, flour and milk. While stirring it incorporates the baking powder. Pour the cake dough into the prepared Express® Pressure Cooker and reserve.
    For flan: Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Place in the Express® Pressure Cooker on the cake dough.
    Cook on low fire by covering the pot tightly, WITHOUT PLACING THE PRESSURE REGULATOR.
    From the moment the steam comes out, place the pressure regulator and let it cook for 45 minutes (you can check if the cake is cooked after 35 minutes, introducing a tasting needle or with a toothpick).
    Remove the Express® Pressure Cooker from the heat, let cool, open the Express® Pressure Cooker and that's it! Removes and preserves in refrigeration.

    TIPS

    Remember that you must do it with low flame since, if not, it sticks.

    HOLA CHICAS !!! YA HICE LA RECETA Y SALE MUY RICO, SOLAMENTE QUE EL FUEGO DEBE SER MUY BAJO XQ LAS ESTUFAS NUEVAS LA FLAMA BAJA (ES MUY POTENTE), YO LO DEJE 40 MIN BIEN TAPADO, DESDE EL INICIO Y SIN VALVULA, DESMOLDADO AGREGUE CAJETA Y CHISPAS DE NUEZ. QUEDO MUY RICO

    No creo que sea así de sencillo, la foto no coincide con la descripción de la receta, de donde salió el caramelo para que no se pegue el flan pues se invierten las mezclas en la cocción necesitas poner cajeta ó caramelo. Yo lo e hecho a baño María.
