Ingredients

8 portions
  • 45 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 packages chocolate cake flour, 260 g (9.17 oz)
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 can condensed milk, 397 g (14 oz)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

For the cake: Grease with butter and flour an Express® Pressure Cooker. In the bowl of an electric blender, add the butter and one egg. Alternate with half of the prepared flour (130 g) (4.5 oz) and a little of the milk, beating until thoroughly mixed.
Add the remaining egg, flour and milk. While stirring it incorporate the baking powder. Pour the cake mixture into the prepared Express® Pressure Cooker and set aside.
For flan: Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Place in the Express® Pressure Cooker on the cake mixture.
Cook on low fire by covering the pot tightly, WITHOUT PLACING THE PRESSURE REGULATOR.
From the moment the steam comes out, place the pressure regulator and let it cook for 45 minutes (you can check if the cake is cooked after 35 minutes, introducing a cake tester or with a toothpick).
Remove the Express® Pressure Cooker from the heat, let cool, open the Express® Pressure Cooker and that's it! Remove from the mold refrigerate.

TIPS

Remember that you must do it on low heat, if not, it sticks.

La receta sale de buen sabor pero hay q tener cuidado en la flama al mínimo porque si no no se quema, adicional en mi opinión hay q usar un poco menos polvo de hornear que levanta mucho
