Ingredients

7 portions
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Preparation

Put the sugar in a pan with a splash of water. Stir until it forms caramel, pour it in a flanera or baking dish.
Blend eggs, milk and vanilla, add the mixture to the mold.
Cook in a bain-marie on the stove or oven until it has the consistency of gelatin.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with nuts or chocolate chips.

Do it one day before serving it.
