The Special Neapolitan Flan is a dessert that my family loves. It's a delicious dessert that takes no more than half an hour to prepare, plus almost everyone likes custard.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk

Preparation

Mix everything in the blender except the sugar
Put the 4 tablespoons of sugar to be burnt to a point of caramel
Once the caramel is dry, drain the mixture right there and put in the espresso pot, or in the oven, covering with aluminum foil, take care that no water enters.
Cook for 50 minutes, then you can remove the aluminum and leave another 10 minutes, to take a golden color.
Allow to cool and empty in a refractory, put in the refrigerator to take the final consistency.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and accompany with ice cream.

TIPS

Refrigerate for more than 2 hours.
