Preparation
Heat the oven to 210º C. Boil the milk in a saucepan with the vanilla pod split in half lengthwise. Turn off the heat, cover so that the milk takes the flavor of the vanilla and reserve.
Grease and flour a cake mold. Spread the Brisee pasta and arrange it in the mold. Cool it while we make the cream.
With a hand mixer , beat the eggs, add the flour and sugar little by little with the cream to make it very well incorporated. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk and with a knife remove all the vanilla beans and stir well in the milk. Add the milk to the cream mixture. Return everything to the pan.
Boil to thicken by moving with a balloon whisk at medium heat for 7 minutes. Put the cream on the pasta, spreading it well and bake 30 to 35 minutes. It has to brown a little.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
