The flan is one of the most famous desserts in Latin America, because it is delicious, easy to make and economical. There are many versions to prepare it, and I, with pleasure, here I leave mine. Enjoy!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 can evaporated milk, of 315 grams
  • 1 can condensed milk, of 405 grams
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 envelopes capuccino, of 20 grams
  • 3 tablespoons Rum
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cups Water, for the syrup
  • 1 cup sugar, for the syrup

Preparation

Prepare a syrup with water and sugar, acaramela a mold and reserve.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients, pour into caramel mold, cover with aluminum foil. Place the mold with a water bath.
Take the oven for an hour or until a toothpick is inserted, it comes out clean.
After this time, remove from the oven, let cool, unmold and serve.

TIPS

Beware of hot caramel ... it can cause severe burns.
