A rich and simple option to share with the family. Indulge them with this classic Neapolitan flan but that always leaves a smile in my children. Those reactions motivate me to continue cooking delicious things for them.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of Nestle media creama
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of vanilla
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 Cup of sugar

    Preparation

    Place the sugar in a pan over low heat until it melts and the candy forms, place in one or several molds, once ready to reserve.
    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender.
    Once the mixture is liquefied, pour it into the mold, cover and seal with aluminum foil. Remember the bright side goes on the food side.
    Place the mold on a tray with water for bain-marie cooking.
    Put the tray in the oven and bake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
    After 45 minutes, check your flan by inserting a metal knife; if it comes out clean it is ready, otherwise leave it a little longer until it finishes baking.
    Once it is cooked, remove it from the oven and let cool.
    This step fascinates me, place the tray or plate where you are going to eat or show your flan, turn by pressing, maybe it is necessary to give a little tap to the flan to take off.
    Lift the mold, and let the candy be distributed throughout the dish.

    PRESENTATION

    You can decorate with whipped cream, strawberries or the fruit of your choice. Refrigerate for one hour.

    TIPS

    Put a knife through the edges to remove the mold more easily.
