Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar for the candy
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 6 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pot or pan, heat the sugar over low heat and cook until it forms a caramel, taking care not to move too much, so as not to crystallize the sugar.
    Still hot, pour the candy in flaneras and let it dry.
    In a bowl, mix the eggs with evaporated milk, sugar and condensed milk. Pour into prepared flans and bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes or until cooked.
    Chill, unmold and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serves very traditional in a dessert dish with caramel around.

    TIPS

    The mixture of flan is very liquid, do not worry is normal, and is what will make it super porous and soft.
