Delicious flan that becomes very fast, it is very soft and delicious. It can be eaten by people with diabetes because it is made with sweetener and light cream.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 coconut little
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 2 spoonfuls of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of no-calorie sweetener
  • 1 Cup of milk powder delayed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoonful of coconut essence
  • 2 spoonfuls of brown sugar

    Preparation

    Preheats the oven to 180 ° C.
    Make a caramel inside the flanera by mixing brown sugar, water and lemon.
    Blend the milk and add the other ingredients little by little. Grate the coconut and add the same water to the preparation.
    Empty in the flanera and bring to the oven in a bain-marie for 20 minutes or until the tip of a knife comes out clean when inserted.
    For the water bath you can add 3/4 of water in a tray and place the flanera on top.

    PRESENTATION

    Sprinkle with coconut and cinnamon.

    TIPS

    You can use dehydrated coconut instead of natural coconut.
