Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 coconut, little
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups no-calorie sweetener
  • 1 cup milk powder, delayed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut essence
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation

Preheats the oven to 180 ° C.
Make a caramel inside the flanera by mixing brown sugar, water and lemon.
Blend the milk and add the other ingredients little by little. Grate the coconut and add the same water to the preparation.
Empty in the flanera and bring to the oven in a bain-marie for 20 minutes or until the tip of a knife comes out clean when inserted.
For the water bath you can add 3/4 of water in a tray and place the flanera on top.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

You can use dehydrated coconut instead of natural coconut.
