Indulge your family with this delicious guava flan with thyme. It has a pleasant sweetness that goes perfectly with the aromatic thyme. It is easy to prepare and you can do it a day in advance.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 5 eggs
  • 378 milliliters of evaporated milk
  • 397 milliliters of condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 225 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 225 grams of guava
  • 1 Cup of sugar for the candy

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pan, place the sugar cup on medium heat and stir with a wooden shovel until a caramel forms.
Grease a mold with cooking spray and pour the caramel on top.
Place the eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla and cream cheese in the blender. Cut the guavas and remove the seeds, add them to the blender together with the thyme.
Pour the mixture into the mold and place it in a deep tray and fill halfway with water. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes and cover with Petalo® Non-stick Film and let cool completely.
Desmolda and serve with more guavas on top and some thyme branches.

PRESENTATION

Place slices of guava and some thyme branches, served together with Pétalo® napkins.

TIPS

You can use guava in syrup in case you do not have natural guava.
