Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pan, place the sugar cup on medium heat and stir with a wooden shovel until a caramel forms.
Grease a mold with cooking spray and pour the caramel on top.
Place the eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla and cream cheese in the blender. Cut the guavas and remove the seeds, add them to the blender together with the thyme.
Pour the mixture into the mold and place it in a deep tray and fill halfway with water. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes and cover with Petalo® Non-stick Film and let cool completely.
Desmolda and serve with more guavas on top and some thyme branches.
