The homemade flan is a delicious preparation very easy to make ideal to consume during the summer and winter and to which you can add other ingredients to make different desserts. Then you will learn how to make the basic recipe for a delicious homemade flan.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 300 milliliters of milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 2 pieces of egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoonful of powder sugar
  • 1 Cup of sugar for the candy
  • 1 Cup of Water for the candy

    Preparation

    Heat the milk in a pan with the vanilla until it breaks the boil.
    In a bowl beat the two yolks with the sugar vigorously and take it to the pan where the hot milk is.
    Put medium heat and stir until the preparation thickens approximately 5 or 6 minutes.
    Take another caramelized container and let cool, then serve.
    Bring the flan mixture to a previously caramelized container and let cool, then unmold and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a plate accompanied by a cherry in syrup.

    TIPS

    You can add lemon zest.
