Do you feel like eating a dessert and you do not know what to do? Try this flan, it is a fairly easy recipe to prepare and with few ingredients that you can get at home.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk, 370 milliliters
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 740 milliliters milk
  • pyrex, or heat-resistant glass containers
  • aluminum foil
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Preparation

In a bowl mix the eggs, condensed milk, and two measures of milk using the measure of the can of condensed milk. Mix by hand or in blender according to your taste.
In a small saucepan, mix the water with the sugar and put on a high heat, keeping an eye on the caramel, when you see that it is quite thick, you can use it.
Remove the candy from the fire and serve immediately in the containers where you serve the puddings equally.
Pour the flan mixture into the containers, cover very well with aluminum foil.
In a saucepan or electric pan place the containers in a bain-marie sauce, it should take between 25 and 35 minutes to set.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Store in the refrigerator to cool and in about 1 hour will be ready to eat.

TIPS

Cover well with aluminum foil so that no water enters the custard.
