Ingredients

  • 1/4 of Cup of condensed milk
  • 1 3/4 cups of evaporated milk 352ml
  • 8 pieces of egg
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups of cream cheese
  • 3 cups of rabbit of Turin chocolate (1,200 kg)
  • enough of Butter to grease the mold
  • enough of sugar to cover the mold
  • enough of rabbit of Turin chocolate, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° (392 °F)
    For the flan, blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk, the egg, the vanilla and the cream cheese until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
    In a bowl put 3 cups of chocolate rabbits and melt in the microwave in 30 second periods, stirring between each period.
    Cook the flan mixture in a pot over medium heat until it thickens. Once obtaining this consistency, incorporate the melted rabbits and mix well until integrated. Remove and set aside.
    Grease the mold with butter and cover with sugar. Pour the previous preparation.
    Bake the flan in a bain-marie for about 2 hours. Remove from the oven when it is firm, cool and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    To decorate, grate some chocolate rabbits and set the rest aside whole.
    Once the flan is completely cold, remove from pan and decorate with grated chocolate and whole rabbits.
