Neapolitan Flan of quick preparation and with ingredients to which we have easy access. You can prepare it and refrigerate it. Just unmold and it's good !.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 grams Camembert cheese, basket, cream or fresh
  • 1 drizzle vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation

Prepare the caramel by melting the sugar until it takes a "tamarind" or dark brown tone.
Place in the molds, if they are individual flaneras yields for 8 servings. Reserve.
Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk, cheese, eggs and vanilla. Fill the molds.
In a steamer place the molds, and cook until a stick or knife comes out clean and dry. Approximately 45 min.
Allow to cool, unmold and decorate with a cherry or mint.

PRESENTATION

Unmold on a plate and let the caramel cover the custard. Decorate with a mint or cherry leaf.

TIPS

You can change the cheese for one of your preference, as long as it is solid and creamy.

Para el que pregunto de el queso, yo uso philadelphia y queda riquísimo. Y para el ue pregunto del tiempo es entre 40 - 50 minutos aproximadamente ve checando desde el 40 y calculas cuanto tiempo le falta o si ya está listo

lo había hecho pero nunca me quedo tan bien ... ;) Lo único que no me queda es el caramelo siempre se me quema :(
