Enjoy a light and delicious dessert, this light flan is an excellent option to treat yourself without regrets, with all the flavor of vanilla and oats, the consistency is completely spectacular.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 liter milk light
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons bee honey
  • 1 box Vanilla Light Flan D'Gari®, (20 g)
  • to taste granola, to decorate

Preparation

Heat the milk over low heat, add the oats, cinnamon, honey and cook for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and blend until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Return the milk with the liquefied oats to the pot and empty the contents of Flan D'Gari ® light vanilla flavor, stir and heat until it boils, remove from heat and mix for 3 minutes.
Grease a mold and pour the flan, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Unmold and decorates with granola.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, decorated with granola.

TIPS

You can substitute light milk for soy milk.
