Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 90 grams cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients except the cajeta.
You bathe the metal mold for flan with the cajeta.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Empty the liquified ingredients in the mold and cover them with aluminum foil and the lid of the mold.
You put it in the oven in a bain-marie for forty minutes, take it out, let it cool, unmold and that's it.
