PARA LOS QUE NO SABEN, LA CAJETA ES EL »DULCE DE LECHE«, SI BIEN EL DULCE DE LECHE ES UN INVENTO ARGENTINO, EN OTROS PAISES QUE LO ADOPTARON LE LLAMAN DULCE DE CAJETA (no se por que). PARA EL QUE NO SABE, EL DULCE DE CAJETA O DULCE DE LECHE ES MUY PARECIDO A LA NUTRLLA, PERO CON SABORES Y TEXTURAS TOTALMENTE DIFERENTE, PERO SE USA TANTO PARA POSTRES COMO PARA UNTAR EN LOS DESAYUNOS POR LA MAÑANA...
