The French Chocolate Mousse is an easy dessert recipe, classic in French pastries. The texture of this preparation and the delicious taste of chocolate make this recipe exquisite.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 grams dark chocolate
  • 150 grams butter
  • 20 centiliters fresh cream
  • 100 grams powdered sugar

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in the bain marie with the spoonful of water
Mix the egg yolks with the butter, the fresh cream and the icing sugar until you have a homogenous paste
Assemble the whites to the point of snow
Carefully mix the egg whites with the pasta and the chocolate, always turning in the same direction
Put in glasses and in the refrigerator for a few hours.

PRESENTATION

Present in a few glasses with a mint leaf on top and a cookie.

TIPS

You always have to melt the butter at room temperature, never in a bain-marie, microwave or hot pot.
