Preparation
Honey should be mixed with a pinch of each species.
Cut the slices of bread into 3 rectangles.
Beat warm milk and eggs. Add a pinch of each species.
Submerge the slices for 5 minutes in this mixture.
Heat in a nonstick skillet and melt 10 grams of butter.
When the butter is hot place the 6 rectangles of bread and fry over high heat for 1 minute on each side.
When they are golden on both sides you have to pour half of the honey on the visible side of the torrijas.
Turn and fry over a very hot fire to caramelize.
