Ingredients

  • 225 grams butter, cold cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups Great Value® Powder Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Great Value® wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 360 grams butter, for bitumen
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, for bitumen
  • 3 tablespoons Whole Wheat Great Value®, for bitumen
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry essence, for bitumen
  • enough vegetal color additive, pink
  • to taste raspberry, to decorate
  • to taste blueberry, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° c
In a blender add the butter and add, add the sugar and add the eggs little by little.
With the help of a sieve, add the flour, the baking powder, the cocoa powder and the salt, whisk until completely integrated.
Pour the mixture into a previously floured and greased mold bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
For the bitumen, beat the butter until it is creamy, add the icing sugar, the milk, add the essence of raspberries and the pink coloring. Place in a pastry sleeve.
Cut the cake in half and fill with the bitumen and place the other layer on top.
Spread the rest of the bitumen over the cake until it is completely covered and decorate with raspberries and blackberries.
