Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup dried fruit, such as blueberries, apricots, dates and apples
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 4 cones, for ice cream
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • enough Mint leaf
  • enough powdered sugar
  • enough raspberry

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the pastry cream, heat the Oikos® Yoghurt, the cinnamon stick and the vanilla, without letting it boil.
In a bowl mix the egg yolks, sugar and corn starch.
Add little by little the previous preparation to the hot milk, without stopping moving over low heat, let it cook until the cream thickens, add the nuts. Refrigerate and reserve.
Cut the foil into a triangle shape and line the ice cream cones.
Spread the puff pastry about 3 mm, cut strips of 2 cm by 25 cm, varnish with egg and wrap the ice cream cone and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
Pour the pastry cream into a sleeve and fill the puff pastry cones.
Garnish with icing sugar, mint leaves and raspberries.

PRESENTATION

In an extended dish, sprinkled with icing sugar, raspberries and mint leaves.

TIPS

You can add chocolate custard instead of natural yoghurt and you'll have a custard.
