Frosty Cones of Yoghurt and Dehydrated Fruits

Try this wonderful option of pastry cream with yoghurt, it is completely spectacular, as well as nutritious, it will give a special and different flavor to conitos.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of skim milk
  • 1 Cup of Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 3 pieces of yolk
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 4 spoonfuls of cornstarch
  • 1 Cup of dried fruit such as blueberries, apricots, dates and apples
  • 500 grams of puff pastry
  • 4 pieces of cone for ice cream
  • 1 piece of egg smoothie
  • enough of Mint leaf
  • enough of sugar glass
  • enough of raspberry

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the pastry cream, heat the Oikos® Yoghurt, the cinnamon stick and the vanilla, without letting it boil.
    In a bowl mix the egg yolks, sugar and corn starch.
    Add little by little the previous preparation to the hot milk, without stopping moving over low heat, let it cook until the cream thickens, add the nuts. Refrigerate and reserve.
    Cut the foil into a triangle shape and line the ice cream cones.
    Spread the puff pastry about 3 mm, cut strips of 2 cm by 25 cm, varnish with egg and wrap the ice cream cone and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
    Pour the pastry cream into a sleeve and fill the puff pastry cones.
    Garnish with icing sugar, mint leaves and raspberries.

    PRESENTATION

    In an extended dish, sprinkled with icing sugar, raspberries and mint leaves.

    TIPS

    You can add chocolate custard instead of natural yoghurt and you'll have a custard.
