Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the pastry cream, heat the Oikos® Yoghurt, the cinnamon stick and the vanilla, without letting it boil.
In a bowl mix the egg yolks, sugar and corn starch.
Add little by little the previous preparation to the hot milk, without stopping moving over low heat, let it cook until the cream thickens, add the nuts. Refrigerate and reserve.
Cut the foil into a triangle shape and line the ice cream cones.
Spread the puff pastry about 3 mm, cut strips of 2 cm by 25 cm, varnish with egg and wrap the ice cream cone and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
Pour the pastry cream into a sleeve and fill the puff pastry cones.
Garnish with icing sugar, mint leaves and raspberries.
