Preparation
Line the base of the molds of the tartlets with aluminum foil.
Mix the cookies with the butter until completely integrated.
Place the paste on the molds of the tartlets pressing to form the base. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and reserve.
To assemble the tartlets, place the vanilla flavor custard on the cookie bases until the mold is filled. Decorate with kiwi, grape, strawberry and mango.
Unmold and remove the aluminum foil.
