Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups blueberry, frozen
  • 1/2 cups frozen strawberry
  • 1 cup Silk® original almond drink, frozen
  • 1/2 bananas, frozen
  • 1/2 tablespoons spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon almond, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed

Preparation

Blend blackberries, bananas and strawberries together with the almond drink Silk ® Original frozen and spirulina, you will get a thick mixture.
Pour into a bowl and add the almonds, chia and bee pollen as a topping.

TIPS

It can be served as a smoothie or on a plate as a snack.
