Prepare this fun milk gelatin, with 3 rich and creamy flavors such as vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, filled with chocolate covered cakes with strawberry jam and cream. When you cut this delicious gelatin you will be surprised.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 1/2 liters milk, for jelly base
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 6 envelopes gelatin, hydrated
  • to taste vegetal color additive, yellow
  • 4 tablespoons artificial flavoring, vanilla powder, for gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons artificial flavoring, strawberry powder, for gelatin
  • to taste vegetal color additive, pink, for strawberry gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons artificial flavoring, chocolate flavor powder, for gelatin
  • 4 Gansitos

Preparation

Heat the milk with the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
Add the hydrated unflavored gelatin, stir and cook 10 min or until dissolved. Divide the mixture into 3 different bowls. Add the strawberry flavor powder to the first bowl. Adjust the color with a couple of drops of food coloring. Add the vanilla flavor powder to the second one. Adjust the color with a couple of drops of food coloring. Add the chocolate flavor powder to the last one.
Spray a mold with cooking oil and add the first layer of chocolate gelatin. Chill until curdled. Add the Gansito cakes and cover carefully with strawberry gelatin. Chill until curdled. Finish with the vanilla gelatin and let it chill in the fridge until curdled.
Unmold and enjoy!

PRESENTATION

Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.

TIPS

Freeze the gansito cakes so they wont absorb the milk with the gelatin.
