With this easy recipe, we turn your favorite piece of bread into a delicious bagel to share with your whole family. This fun bread has a spectacular flavor, as well as being soft and fluffy and covered with a tasty apricot jam and white dragees. This garibaldi thread is ideal to accompany a glass of milk or a cup of coffee!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 11 grams yeast
  • 2 San Juan® Eggs
  • enough Water
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • enough spray oil
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1 cup white dragees

Preparation

Add the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a blender and mix for 1 minute; Add the San Juan® Egg one by one and the water, beat until all the ingredients are incorporated. Add the butter little by little and beat for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
On a board, form balls of 200 grams.
Spray the thread mold with the cooking spray, place the balls around the thread and spray them with a little more cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
Bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes. Chill and unmold.
Varnish with the apricot jam and cover with the white dragees.

PRESENTATION

Serve the thread and accompany with coffee.

TIPS

The consistency of the dough is sticky but you can put a little oil on your hands to be able to handle it more easily.
