Gelatin Milk Mosaic with Coffee

If you want a light dessert, this Gelatin Milk Mosaic with Coffee is ideal. With this dessert without an oven you will feel that you are having a delicious cup of coffee with milk. In this recipe we use whole milk, but if you are lactose intolerant, we recommend you use lactose-free milk and enjoy this delight.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of Water for pot coffee jelly
  • 1 Cup of instant coffee for pot coffee jelly
  • 1 piece of piloncillo for pot coffee jelly
  • 2 rajas of cinnamon for pot coffee jelly
  • 4 envelopes of grenetina hydrated and melted for coffee jelly
  • 4 cups of Lala Light® milk for milk jelly
  • 1/2 Cup of refined sugar for milk gelatin
  • 4 envelopes of grenetina melted and hydrated for milk gelatin

    Preparation

    For the pot coffee jelly, heat a pot on medium heat with water, add coffee, piloncillo and cinnamon. Cook until all the ingredients are incorporated, add the grenetina and reserve.
    Pour the preparation into a mold or rectangular tray, set in refrigeration. Remove and cut into medium cubes.
    For the milk gelatin, heat a pot over medium heat with Lala® Light milk, dissolve the sugar, add the grenetine and mix until it is completely incorporated. Chill and reserve.
    In a screw mold, place the gelatin cubes that you previously cut, pour the milk gelatin into the mold, set for 2 hours in refrigeration, unmold and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the short gelatin and enjoy.

    TIPS

    You can grease the mold so that it is easily demold, be careful not to put too much grease because it can stain the gelatin.
