This mosaic gelatin is prepared by cutting cubes of Dany® Gelatin of different flavors mixed with a gelatin based on Danette Custard Vanilla flavor. Delicious and fast.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 strawberry jelly, 125 gc / u
  • 2 lemon jelly, 125 gc / u
  • 2 pineapple jelly, 125 gc / u
  • 2 grape jelly, 125 gc / u
  • 4 Vanilla flavor custard, danette 100g each
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 envelopes gelatin, (7 gc / u) hydrated in 1/4 cup of water and melted in a water bath

Preparation

Unmold the Dany® Gelatins and cut them into small cubes. Combine them and pour them into the base of a lightly greased jelly mold; reservation.
For vanilla jelly, liquefy Danette® vanilla flavor with milk and sugar. Add the previously hydrated and melted gelatin.
Pour the vanilla jelly over the mold you reserved, refrigerate for 1 hour or until set, unmold and done.

Como se funde la grenetina a baño maria

Sustituye la leche por una gelatina de anís, 4 sobres de grenetina sin sabor, hidrátalos en una taza de agua fría, has un te de anís con tres tazas de agua y azúcar al gusto o edulcorante agrega la grenetina, deja enfriar y agrega las gelatinas de sabores cortadas en cuadros.
