This mushroom jelly recipe will be the perfect dessert for this season. If you are a fan of champurrado you have to prepare this jelly that has all the tradition of the classic drink based on chocolate and corn dough. To make it easier for you to unmold it, we suggest you grease your mold with a little oil spray. Don't forget to add some whipped cream and grated chocolate.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 liters Water
  • 3 cups piloncillo
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 4 table chocolate tablets
  • 6 envelopes gelatin, 7 gc / u
  • enough whipped cream, to decorate
  • enough chocolate, grated to decorate

Preparation

In a pot, heat the water, the brown sugar and the cinnamon, until the brown sugar dissolves.
Add the chocolate and cook until dissolved, stir constantly.
Add the dough little by little, heat until the dough is cooked and the mixture has a thick consistency. Remove the cinnamon stick and add the grenetina.
Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
Unmold, decorate with whipped cream, grated chocolate. Enjoy
