Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 250 grams of powder sugar

  • 250 grams of Strawberry
  • 3/4 of liter of syrup
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water hot
  • 1 can of peach in syrup

    Preparation

Dissolve a packet of grenetine in 1/4 cup of hot water. Pour the cream cheese, 120 grams of icing sugar, 1 cup of eggnog, half cream, condensed milk and evaporated milk, together with the grenetine dissolved in the blender, and blend until the cream cheese mixes well with the other ingredients.

Pour half of the milk mixture on top, and refrigerate until set, but not completely so that when you touch it, it feels sticky. Arrange a bed of strawberries and pour the rest of the grenetina without flavor refrigerate in the same way. And finally pour the remaining mixture of milk on top. Refrigerate for approximately 40 minutes. Unmold and pour 1/4 cup of eggnog on top, and with the help of a sieve sprinkle the remaining 10 grams of sugar glass!

    TIPS

When you allow each layer to set, do not let it set well, because if the other layer coats well it will not stick well, for this reason it should be left half sticky and not well curdled! On top you can decorate with coconut grated with sugar
