Preparation
Dissolve a packet of grenetine in 1/4 cup of hot water. Pour the cream cheese, 120 grams of icing sugar, 1 cup of eggnog, half cream, condensed milk and evaporated milk, together with the grenetine dissolved in the blender, and blend until the cream cheese mixes well with the other ingredients.
Open the can of peaches in syrup, pour the syrup in a pot to boil it. Dissolve a packet of grenetine in the syrup and add 120 grams of icing sugar. Meanwhile, finely slice the peaches, and file the strawberries vertically. Arrange a bed of peaches and pour half the grenetine with sugar. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or less, do not let it set well.
Pour half of the milk mixture on top, and refrigerate until set, but not completely so that when you touch it, it feels sticky. Arrange a bed of strawberries and pour the rest of the grenetina without flavor refrigerate in the same way. And finally pour the remaining mixture of milk on top. Refrigerate for approximately 40 minutes. Unmold and pour 1/4 cup of eggnog on top, and with the help of a sieve sprinkle the remaining 10 grams of sugar glass!
